who we are

Meet Christos and Andonis. They’ve known each other since they were kids. Back then, basketball brought them together, but now, gastronomy has led them to Sterja 2.0, where they will cook outdoors over an open fire, forage for local Cretan ingredients, and use even hat isn’t native to Crete but has become part of the everyday culinary vocabulary.
